Spring cleaning or clearing your closet may provide a sense of clarity but it can also be altruistic.  The next time you go through your closet, you should consider donating your garments rather than tossing them aside. We prefer clothes that have been washed, folded, hung on hangers and are not ripped or stained. However items that are potentially unwearable are sold to textile recyclers to provide additional funding for our non-profit partner, Bridge To Success.

To keep the spirit of Giving Tuesday alive, weekly Clothing Donations are accepted each Tuesday from 2 PM – 6 PM.

CLOTHING DONATION GUIDELINES

Before dropping it off ask yourself this question, would you feel comfortable giving it to a friend or neighbor? Thank you for your consideration in advance.

It takes more than clothing to help vulnerable adults back to work. Our nonprofit, Bridge to Success depends on your financial support to ensure that thousands of low-income Chicago area job seekers are able to receive high quality professional clothing and critical training to advance their careers.
